For graduates of Adult Manners 1 or equivalent, this class is designed to hone and polish your dog's obedience through fun training exercises. You will improve your dog's sit, down, stay, heel, and come when called, and learn "leave it" and "go to your mat." This class is fast paced and does include homework. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. Please come to the first class with your dog and be ready to work!
We also have a Level 2 manners class especially for dogs under 20 pounds: Small Adult Manners 2!
Frequency & Duration: 1 hour per week for 5 weeks
Fee: $175 (If your dog was adopted from a 501(c)3 rescue group or shelter, or has taken a class with us in the past year, the fee is $150)
Course prerequisites: Successful completion of a Basic-level training course such as Adult Manners 1. Dogs should be over 6 months old, already know sit, down, stay, come, and be able to walk on a loose leash. Dogs must be able to be handled gently by a friendly stranger and be able work around people and other dogs on leash.
Course includes: Homework and certificate of completion
